Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially for skiing and access to local attractions. However, there are frequent complaints about unfriendly or intrusive service, with several guests reporting uncomfortable interactions with the owner. Breakfast is often described as poor or lacking variety, and cleanliness issues, including cigarette smoke and unclean facilities, are mentioned by multiple reviewers. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others had neutral experiences. Overall, the positives center on location, but service and amenities need improvement.
