Pros (+) Overall appearance of room was fine. upholstery and furniture carpet etc. were all in good condition. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Building it's self is showing wear, bathroom floor sagged around toilet area, no security latch on the door to the hallway. Walls are thin. There are nicer newer facilities in same area for equivalent price.

Pros (+) Check in was easy with the keys ready beforehand. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were firm but comfortable. National Treasure was playing on the TV, which I appreciate. Breakfast was adequate but unspectacular in the morning.
Cons (-) Some hallway noise from other guests could be heard, though that is likely the fault of those guests.
