Pros (+) The staff was very nice, we got upgraded to a king room and the room was very adequate. Convenient location to visit the area. We did several locations and each place was no more than 20 minutes away. We did the Lockport canal tour, Niagara Falls, drove to Lewiston and Youngstown to the Fort ( that was a little further). The breakfast was adequate. Typical choices. Hot and cold items. Eggs were no...
Cons (-) Bed was not the best. A little on the springy side and not very comfortable. Not horrible. I couldn't have slept it in more than 2 nights without being miserable.

Pros (+) I was able to extend the already late checkout (noon) to one to accommodate my twins sleep schedule. Thank you!
Cons (-) Housekeeping wanted to clean my room at noon and was confused about the late checkout even though I had just checked with the front desk.
