Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to shops, restaurants, and city attractions. The staff, especially at the front desk, receive frequent praise for their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness. Several guests mention the restaurant and chef positively, noting delicious meals. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with multiple reviews citing issues such as dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and poor housekeeping. Bed comfort is also mentioned as an area for improvement. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, cleanliness needs attention.
