Pros: Staff attitude, friendliness, and hospitality were excellent. Hotel is so spacious and has a lot of facilities. Restaurants are authentic and the food was great. The breakfast buffet was generous and has a lot of varieties to suit everyone in a luxurious way.
Cons: I did not like the common conversations and noise of hotel staff in the corridors near my room. Also the drawers under the TV and the table lamps make a lot of noise while using them or even while touching them.

Cons: The hotel is a bet old, pillows and sheets very old, the bed were not comfortable, the barbershop were too expensive with low quality.

Pros: Very cheap, great location, and a very friendly staff.
Cons: The hotel is renovating some rooms and the lobby, and there was drywall dust on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom throughout my stay.

Pros: I didn't like much about the hotel, amman overall is a horrible place to visit there is not much to do in the city, you are better off finding a cheaper hotel to get the same horrible service.
Cons: Well first off it took over an hour and a half to check me in, I made my reservation two days in advance, once I finally got my room key at 4am the room they gave me had some one in it!!! I have heard of this at small hotels but not sonething I would expect here. The service is sub par, the hotel is full of guys not one girl works including the housekeepers which is a little weird, the food sucks and is way overpriced, they have a bar but you can't go in unless you bring a girl. This place overall is just horrible, save your money I'm sure all the other hotels in Amman are this way but at least you won't have the sting of the high price tag.

Pros: I enjoyed staying here...it's in the heart of the city. Attracts other global backpackers. Hany who runs the place is awesome and extremely resourceful and friendly! The hotel is clean and functional...with wonderful staff.
