The room itself was huge, and every member of staff was friendly. The location was great!! The only down side that I saw was on some of the exterior of the buildings looked as if work was needed or started but never completed. In all, this was a great hotel and I would recommend it

Really loved the location of the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are outdated-popcorn on the ceiling, clunky wood furniture and no USB port to charge your phone. The beds were comfortable but a bit past their prime. The hotel is very quiet considering it’s next to the I-5 freeway. The hotel has a shuttle that runs frequently to Disneyland so that was a wonderful convenie...

Pros (+) The location was walking distance to the parks and downtown Disney, even for a 7 year old. The staff was really great and patient even as it was getting busy. The beds are really comfortable. The A/C is cold. And, everything was very clean.
Cons (-) There's only one small pool and hot tub. The smoking location was next to the walkway that you have to walk down to get to the entrance into one of the buildings.

Pros (+) Nice building, garden and swimming pool. Shuttle service to Disneyland is a great bonus!
Cons (-) Facility is a bit old: there was no auto room temperature control (you can only manually adjust the fan speed of cool air), shower's water pressure is low, WiFi is too too too SLOW.

Pros (+) I paid far less than the cheapest nearby park owned hotel, the room was huge and comfortable , paid parking is cheaper, and free shuttle service! My family was also greeted by a princess during our breakfast! The buffet was good and service was great! I will book here again.
Cons (-) Lots of hallways.Easy to get lost. Not enough parking in the back of hotel.
