The place is walking distance from Disneyland. The hotel is very basic, it is an older building and room. The beds were comfortable and AC worked perfect. The staff is defiantly very kind and helpful but I am not sure the amount they charge adds up to the value.

Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful staff. Relatively quiet room. Convenient market/gift shop on premises. Very good value for a motel within easy walking distance to Disneyland.
Cons (-) Even with very low-flow shower, hot water ran out after approximately 5 minutes.

Pros (+) The location and parking were key for us.
Cons (-) The balcony walkways are slanted and uneven and feel a little unsafe to walk on. The beds feel like you’re sleeping on a box. There was no cushion at all.

Pros (+) Good location and staff was great. Beds were comfy. FREE parking, fridge & microwave.
Cons (-) Stairwells/outer blgd really dirty & had some cleaning issues in those out of the way spots in the room. The upper floor walkways felt like they would give way

Pros (+) Wasn't sure what to expect, but was extremely happy with how the stay went. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and just the right distance to not only the park, but also several restaurants.
Cons (-) Room was a bit dated, limited television station options and you have to expect kids running up and down the hall. When you return to the room, it felt a little muggy, but when you run the air conditioner while gone, it seems to neutralize it.
