Pros (+) I didn't get a receipt from you and need one to get reimbursed.
Cons (-) The rooms are not well maintained and the staff is rude.
Pros (+) the elevators were quick and responsive ... 25 minute walk to Disney ... front desk helpful with wifi issues ...
Cons (-) pool only had a few umbrellas ... asked for adjoining room, did not get ... maid service arrived daily mid afternoon right when it was baby nap time, therefore no room refresh for a few days ...
Pros (+) Staff was very nice. I misplaced my parking pass and they issued me another one without hesitations.
Cons (-) Guests should not have to pay for parking, and at such a steep price too. It was the same as amusement park parking.
Pros (+) We were a large group and rented three rooms. The suites were perfect to socialize in after a long day at Disney.
Cons (-) The shuttle was frustrating so we ended up walking to and from Disney.
Pros (+) The staff was wonderful in getting my family"s rooms close together which was great. Restaurant was friendly and food was good but took a long time to get.
Pros (+) Second year staying at doubletree. Cookies at check in, business center where you can securely print boarding passes and other documents like tickets to attractions for free, right across the street from Dennys and Carl's Jr's if you get hungry. Very comfy beds.
Cons (-) Price is a little up there compared to other locations in the area but I rather the hotel environment over motel. Pre check in with the hhonors app was completely useless. They ended up putting my 2 rooms on the complete opposite sides of the hotel instead of next to each other like I asked for.
