Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with accessibility, especially the presence of long or steep staircases that make it difficult for guests with mobility challenges or heavy luggage. Cleanliness is another area of concern, with several mentions of inadequate cleaning and maintenance, particularly in bathrooms. Breakfast is widely criticized for its limited selection and low quality. Overall, while the hotel offers a convenient location and helpful service, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and accessibility.
