Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to highways, the University of Michigan, and local amenities. Cleanliness is frequently mentioned positively, with many guests finding the rooms tidy and well-maintained. Opinions on service and breakfast are mixed: some found staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced poor communication or indifference. Breakfast is appreciated for its inclusion but criticized for limited options, especially for those with dietary restrictions. Noise from the highway and within the hotel is a common complaint, affecting sleep quality for several guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
