Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the convenient location and some found the staff friendly and helpful. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, stained mattresses, and ongoing renovations causing dust and clutter. The breakfast was often described as poor or unavailable, and some amenities like the pool and spa were not functioning or clean. While a few guests enjoyed comfortable beds and good service, the overall impression was marred by significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance.
