Pros (+) Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Great location. The hotel itself is clean and very nice.
Cons (-) We stayed in a pet friendly room as we had our dog. Obviously we have a dog so I don’t have allergies to them but each time we went to the room I started wheezing and has congestion and sneezing. Has to use a rescue inhaler and take meds and nasal spray. I believe the staff is not doing a thorough cleaning and the dander from so many pets over time has built up and causing an issue.

Pros (+) The bedding was very good. Duvets with nice sheets. My 9 month pregnant wife and I slept well. They upgraded us which was very nice of them.
Cons (-) Gym not being open.

Pros (+) Hotel is old and needs updating. Overpriced. Bed was the worst we had ever slept in. TV didn't work. Room was noisy. We were on the 6th floor and could still hear anything that went on in the street. I would not recommend this hotel. Worst part was when I told the front desk about these problems they did not seem to care.

Pros (+) The location can't be beat in downtown Asheville.... Walking distance to the festivals, restaurants, bars, etc 1-5blocks away. Rooms are nice, comfortable, modern decor. Lobby is sophisticated yet not stuffy.
Cons (-) Barn door to the bathroom is stylish but doesn't provide much privacy or noise limitations when in the bathroom.
