Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near popular spots and appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, mold, wet carpets, and pest problems. Service was also criticized, with reports of unresponsive staff and maintenance delays.
