This was our first experience at red roof inn plus and will be our last. The first room, They couldn’t get the key to work, so they gave us another room. The second room was in a horrible state of repair and so they gave us a third room! This was a little better, just filthy. However, we do appreciate that they are pet friendly.
Pros (+) Location and price
Cons (-) Room was small but that's what we paid for. Also the TV remote was dirty and while the room had hardwood laminate there was a section that had carpet that was really dirty.
Pros (+) Cheap room, clean, beds very comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice.
Cons (-) Bunch of construction workers hanging out outside our room drinking beer on the balcony. Felt pretty safe overall. Isn't really in buckhead area. It's really Druid Hills area.

Amoma and kayak never sent out reservation the lady at the reservation desk was not helpful and they were arguing with us and some company jack travelers over the phone on speaker it was the upmost unprofessional experience I could encounter ! They had charged me for my room 3 weeks in advance and still could not accommodate me . There were no towels in the room ...

Cons (-) Dirty. Like the room was not even cleaned. Pee stains when I lifted up toilet seat. Also, toilet hard to flush...no water pressure yet the shower still backed up with water. Had to go to CVS across street to buy cleaning supplies and Lysol.

Pros (+) When we called to complain they quickly moved us to another room. which was much better than the first.
Cons (-) The first room we had, had ants, didn't look like the floor had been vacuumed, the comforter on the bed was a wrinkled up mess and there were a couple hairs on the sheets, and the AC unit was terrible. Our room didn't have a hair dryer. One lady told me to go down to the front desk to ask for an extra. They told me they didn't have any but I could walk across the street to CVS and buy one for chea...

Pros (+) The rooms had laminate flooring which made the room appear nicer.
Cons (-) There was a cockroach on the inside of the door when we walked in. The room didn't feel too clean, I didn't want to take me shoes off. Thankfully it was just a one night stay!
