Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was often described as good or varied, and several guests liked the restaurant. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with issues such as stained carpets, insects, and poor bathroom maintenance. Bed comfort was also a concern for some, with reports of overly soft or uncomfortable mattresses. Despite these drawbacks, the value for price and atmosphere were sometimes mentioned positively.
