Cons (-) Worst hotel experience ever, after waiting almost an hour to get checked in we go to our room only to discover that someone else was already staying in the room we walk in with a 9 year old child to find a woman naked in the bathroom getting ready to shower thankfully we didn't get shot after finally getting a new room the manager only offers to refund $10. Won't be staying here again.
Pros (+) The staff was very friendly for our check-in. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, and the updates were nice. For a no-frills room to crash during a road trip or brief stay in Denver, I liked the location relatively near the airport.
Cons (-) I stayed here knowing that wifi would not be included, but it still seems like a mistake. $2.99 should just be included in the price of the room instead of an irritating separate charge for each individual device that is activated. There was also a broken towel rack in our room, but otherwise everything was functional.
Cons (-) What did I not like, for the price I paid, at least a hair dryer, a few more amenities
Pros (+) New and clean room. Close to airport. allowed U.S. late check out at 12pm
Cons (-) No breakfast, no free wifi, no free shampoos. Also the cleaning ladies woke us up knocking at the door around 9:30am for cleaning. Which didn't make sense bc check out is at 11am
