Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient and central location, making it easy to access city attractions and nearby museums. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, bugs, and unpleasant odors. Service is also frequently criticized, with reports of unhelpful staff, poor maintenance response, and problems during renovations. The breakfast and pool are mentioned as disappointing in several reviews. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, service, and amenities are needed.
