The room was clean and the kitchen/bathroom had heated floor. The staff at the hotel were disinterested and surly; Strange way to greet guests. According to Booking.com this hotel offers 'free WIFI'. However, when we actually asked how to use the internet with our laptop there, we were told that 'free WIFI' means that the hotel provides 'free connection, but you have to pay 29 Euros to access the internet'!!! I propose that this is fraudulent advertising. Not only that but when we discussed this with the staff at the hotel, they were arrogant about it and tried to make it seem like it was our mistake. 'Free WIFI' does not mean paying 29 Euros to access the internet... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be treated with a little courtesy during their stay.

The hotel is quiet and relaxing, the kitchen in each room is a wonderful facility and use of the free internet and printing is very useful. The hotel mainly has elderly clients so the environment is calm and relaxing. Free parking was useful also. The area is clean, quiet and safe.

We actually did not stay at the hotel since they had mixed up reservations and though we would arrive one week later. We got to stay at a apartmenthotel nearby instead.
