I loved everything about our suite! It was perfect!
there was nothing i didnt like! Love this hotel, thats why i keep going back
Nice open rooms and very clean and comfortable
Only problem I had was the room I was switched 3 times due to the whirlpool not working other than that nice place I will return
The staff were extremely helpful and smiled! The building is historic and majestic. A true turn of the century engineering feat. The bar and snack cozy are perfectly stocked if the mood strikes! Highly recommend, B. Taylor, MHA
Baltimore has a relatively high homeless problem. You shouldn’t be surprised to see part of the homeless population camped out at the bus stop right across the street. Very-sad-state-of-affairs.
Definitely enjoyed my stay staff was nice and the place was totally clean and quiet
The minute we pulled up to the hotel the 2 people greeting us were remarkably friendly helpful and nonjudgmental as I, the driver, was extremely exhausted and frustrated looking for a place to park and driving 6 hours straight! I couldn't have asked for 2 nicer gentlemen. The gentleman who parked our car took my keys and told me now to relax the car would be in good hands and the other gentleman told us not to worry grabbed a cart, unloaded our luggage and told us about the hotel and the surrounding venues.
Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore is a boutique hotel with 202 rooms of elegance and luxury. This quaint inn sits in Baltimore's Inner Harbor and his just minutes away from some of the city's best sites. The hotel and its accompanying restaurant are located within the historic B&O Railroad Headquarters building, which had its heyday over 100 years ago in 1906 when it was a popular destination for early business tycoons and politicians. This Golden Age aesthetic is preserved and given a modern update to give Kimpton Hotel a unique look and feel.
The Kimpton Hotel Monaco is highly acclaimed, as it was named the Best Hotel in Maryland in 2019 by Southern Living magazine and to the Best Hotels in Baltimore list by U.S. News & World Report. There are three different floorplans for guests to choose from. The majority of the hotel's accommodations are the Deluxe Rooms, which come with a spacious work desk, luxurious Frette linens, and incredible views of the city. Guests can also choose to stay in the King Premier Spa that comes with a Fuji tub and the Monte Carlo, which is the same as the King Premier except with two queen beds.
Kimpton Hotel Monaco's in-house restaurant, B&O American Brasserie, creates modern American cuisine using locally-sourced ingredients. Given that the restaurant is mere steps from the harbor, guests can expect lots of delicious freshly caught seafood on the menu. Some of the kitchen's signature dishes include the blue crab etouffee, marrow bone short rib and sweet potato gnocchi with pear purée, crispy sage, and toasted walnuts.
