Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Banff on foot. The staff received positive feedback for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests enjoyed the comfortable beds and relaxing pool facilities, including rooftop and outdoor pools with mountain views. However, some guests found the rooms to be small or cramped for the price, and a few noted issues with room cleanliness or maintenance. Overall, the hotel is highly regarded for its location, service, and amenities, though value for money was occasionally questioned.
