Pros (+) Front desk helped us get a room with a view of mountains and were very accommodating. Maps and brochures available in lobby to aid tourists. Soaps and bath items are very nice.
Cons (-) Artificial flowers in pool area where real plants would probably thrive. Needs to keep on updating to appeal to current standards, including carpet and paint finishes.
Pros (+) Nice big rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff
Cons (-) Walk to town was a little longer than most hotels, but still a great location.
Pros (+) Nice and clean. Staff were helpful and very friendly.
Pros (+) Loved the proximity to the playground, and loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was very nice, and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Cons (-) The pillows were so big and uncomfortable.
Pros (+) Beautiful fireplace. Very clean.
Cons (-) Hot tub was too cool.
Pros (+) Clean and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful receptions, high quality breakfast, and convenient location, all of that make the lodge is an excellent place to stay for a few day in Banff.
Cons (-) It seems the drains in the bathroom were clogged up a little.
