Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who assisted with directions, transport, and other needs. The location was highlighted as very convenient, close to main attractions, public transport, and local amenities. Cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. Many guests also felt the hotel offered good value for the price. Some minor drawbacks included hard mattresses, noise, lack of elevators, and basic breakfast, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
