Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to markets, malls, and restaurants, making it convenient for shopping and food. However, many reviews highlight issues with service, including unprofessional or unfriendly staff, slow check-in, and poor housekeeping. Cleanliness is also a concern for several guests, with reports of neglected housekeeping and dusty rooms. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, service and cleanliness need significant improvement.
