Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to BTS stations and local amenities, making it convenient for travel and exploring the area. Many guests appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms and occasional complimentary upgrades. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as stained linens and the presence of cockroaches, as well as dated or poorly maintained facilities. Service at the front desk is often described as unfriendly or inattentive, and some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and room size are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness, service, and maintenance are needed.
