Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its excellent location, making it easy to access public transport, shopping, and attractions. Many highlight the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful service from the staff. However, several guests mention significant noise issues, particularly from the lobby area, which sometimes doubles as a bar or karaoke club. Overall, the hotel is seen as a great value, especially for its location and room size, but noise can be a drawback for some.
