The staff! I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel! We stayed two days before a 7 day cruise and another two days after the cruise. Their suggestions for food, shopping, local sights were all spot on!

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access major attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, contributing significantly to positive experiences. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as good or fantastic. Cleanliness was also noted positively, with rooms and common areas being well-maintained. The staff are really friendly - available 24 hours a day and attend to all your needs. They are very conveniently located to the cruise terminals and there are many places to shop and eat within walking distance. We were able to walk to churches and the Barcelona Hop on Hop off bus stop.
