Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and access public transport. Many highlight the friendly and helpful staff, with several positive mentions of staff members going out of their way to assist guests. The 24-hour buffet and breakfast options are appreciated for their convenience and variety. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, and note that some rooms are small or lack proper windows. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression is positive, especially for location, service, and food availability.AI-generated from customer reviews
