Pros (+) I liked how at Hotel Indigo we were received with a glass of wine. The receptionist was actually really nice and helpful. The cleaning people were nice and helpful. Plus staying there until 12pm the next day, beats 11am hotels.
Cons (-) I noticed that the telephone in the front desk, I guess the one the people who work there use was really dirty. When I got to my room the floor was really slippery and moist, and it stayed like that for hours. I also didn't like the fact, breakfast was included with the package.
