Pros: Wouldn't allow us to check in with cash even though it was advertised that we could, we had to find someone with a card to check us in, they then only want bank cards.

Cons: The front desk clerks

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Shuttle took over an hour to get me at the airport. Front desk couldn't find my booking.com reservation, then tried to charge me more than booking.com rate. At check out 5 people standing around...

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: The hotel and casino are so run down. The food isn't fit for consumption.

Cons: The room was not cleaned very well. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed and the toilet had urine on it. Breakfast was the same every single day and the other buffet was never open for dinner...

Pros: The employees were nice and helpfully.

Cons: My room was very dusty. You could see the dust on the lamps, bed post and the clock face was covered. There was mold on the tile in the shower.

Pros: Location was convenient

Cons: The room was filthy. There were a few staff members that were helpful but most were rude. It was noisy all night. Kids were knocking on the doors in the middle of the night. I didn't feel safe there at all. No idea how this hotel was rated 3 1/2 stars!
