Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests had negative experiences, particularly with the service, citing issues with virtual or absent staff, unhelpful responses, and billing problems. Cleanliness was also a major concern, with reports of dirty rooms, musty smells, bugs, and maintenance issues. Safety was repeatedly mentioned as a problem, with guests feeling unsafe due to unlocked doors, suspicious activity, and inadequate security. Breakfast quality was disappointing for many, with limited, unappetizing options. The main positive noted was the hotel's convenient location for guests' purposes.AI-generated from customer reviews
