Pros:Once you get pass the hutong area (not resort or hotel type neighborhood), the hotel itself is authentic to the Chinese culture. Customer service is beyond excellent! The room and amenities were perfect! The location is central to the subway & everything else! Totally enjoyed the Double Happiness Hotel!
Cons:The onsite restaurant menu needs to be worked on. The food was not good and the service was slow.
Pros:It was a wonderful 5 nights we spent here. Location was a bit surprising but once you went thru the doors and into the courtyards and your room. It was wonderful. Very clean, everyone was very helpful. I'd highly recommend.
