Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Comfortable beds were also highlighted as a positive aspect. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, mentioning unhelpful or rude staff and slow responses to issues. Cleanliness was another concern, with reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out positively, service and cleanliness require improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable, TV options were good, and the staff was very helpful.
Cons (-) Maybe more snack options when the kitchen is closed.
Pros (+) It's what you would expect of a Westin in a city. Clean, accommodating staff, decent breakfast and space to meet informally.
Cons (-) It was an expensive night at $300+.
