Guests praised the hotel's excellent location near transport and city center, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient parking options. Many appreciated the cleanliness of rooms and comfortable beds. Some noted the charm of the historic building and well-decorated interiors. However, a few guests mentioned issues with room conditions, unpleasant smells, and occasional poor service from specific staff members.
