Pros (+) Linens were clean, simple but adequate furnishings.
Cons (-) As of summer 2016, there was construction on the building. A sign in the lobby offered earplugs, but there were none to be found. Also, given that the entire building started rattling at 6:00 am, i don't think earplugs would have helped much. While the linens and facilities were clean, one of the mattresses in my room looked like it had been stolen from the set of a horror film.
