The staff were outstanding. Phill checked us in and made sure we were comfortable and well oriented to Munich. Later, we met Felix at the bar, who made the most amazing cocktails. The room had a lovely view, was immaculately clean, and we absolutely loved the hotel’s ambience throughout our stay.
