We selected this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the airport. It was disappointing that, even though we had an early evening flight, there were no shuttles offered between 10:30am and 6pm, which didn’t work for us. I could understand if the flight was in the middle of the night, but to only offer airport shuttles in the morning and evening makes no sense, and is a disservice to your guests. ...

Pros (+) The staff was very helpfully, the breakfast which was included was very good. Lots of selection. The food overall was very good.
Cons (-) The restaruant hours don’t start until 1pm which limited the selection in the cafeteria. The location isn’t very good if you plan on staying for more than a day, good if you need to get to the airport but for site seeing you’ll need some wheels.

Pros (+) The young lady at the front desk was polite and handling her unfortunate situation like a true professional. She was left alone at the front desk with a very large group arrival. -The room: was clean and well stocked. The sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. -The shuttle arrived at the hotel and was prompt in the morning, unlike mentioned in previous reviews and the driver was polite. The...
Cons (-) Room got warm during the night and could not open any windows and could not adjust the temperature setting. We were over heated during the night..Yuck! Management please fix this as it ruined the experience. Management left one person at the desk and the lobby was crowded when we arrived.

Pros (+) Plane was delayed and we got in over 2 hour late. Shuttle was not running but hotel paid our taxi fare. Super helpful staff
Cons (-) Much further from airport than expected. No local restaurants nearby. had to eat in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast a little pricey.
