Chairs in room uncomfortable
it's all about the location! Parking was a little crazy!
the restaurant wasn't the greatest, spendy and not that good. Was hard to find a reasonable breakfast, especially since we had little kids along.
The lobby is cool. Nice that the fitness center was open 24 hours.
The room was cleanish - very dusty lack of detail... Pool was a bit disappointing - no hot tub...
Great all the way around.
Not worth the money
for price, poor. Parking an extra $16. NOISY - could hear people in bathroom and more. Poor layout.
The restaurant is a little pricy, but excellent food. The proximity to the mall of America is very nice.
It is a little pricy for Minneapolis.
Easy access straight to the mall and free shuttle.
It could have been made more clear when we booked that the free shuttle needed to be arranged with the hotel, as we were waiting at the terminal and didn’t realise this.
Convenient location and clean
In the description it states parking is included. But I stayed for 3 nights and got billed 45.00 for self parking. Also, house keeping didn't leave extra toilet paper in the room.
Great location wonderful staff, set up difficult a
Wonderful and Professional staff, great food at restaurant. Great location near Mall of America-its directly attached.
Key cards were not activated when we received them and my friend had to go back to the front desk to have it fixed while I ran around trying to find an open public bathroom. I was signed up for club Carlton as I left but was not credited for my current stay.
Family Fun at MOA
Convenience of never having to leave the mall. Cleanliness
Pool seem to be "under construction" according to a sign. We didn't see any construction but the pool water and pool area was too cold. Not appropriate temperature to enjoy being at an indoor pool during the cold months.
Love the location and the bar restaurant
I would've loved a hot tub at the facility to relax and soothe the aching after shopping :)
