Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, as well as its convenient location for activities and exploring the area. However, there were frequent complaints about the condition and cleanliness of the rooms, with many describing them as worn or in need of renovation. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding the selection limited or disappointing. Room size and temperature were also common concerns, especially during warm weather, as several guests noted the lack of air conditioning and cramped spaces. Overall, while the service and location stood out positively, improvements are needed in room quality and amenities.
