Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent service, with many highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly at the front desk, concierge, and restaurant. The location was also highly rated, being central and convenient for exploring the city. Cleanliness of rooms and facilities was another positive aspect, as well as the quality of the breakfast. While most guests found the rooms comfortable, a few mentioned that some rooms were smaller than expected or had minor layout issues. Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression, with many guests eager to return.AI-generated from customer reviews
