Hotel Bh Bicentenario

The hotel was in the best possible location for a tourist like myself. The area where the hotel is situated is one of the safest you'll find in Bogota. My room and private bathroom where both spotlessly clean, and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Nothing. Really everything was fine and there was nothing to complain about.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! Here is my story that shows how accommodating they are. I arrived there and spent only 1 night (I was booked for 8 nights) but then I had a medical emergency and needed to check out of the hotel. A few days later, I was clear to return and they were more than happy to let me return to a different room and complete my stay without any problem! The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The rooms have PLENTY of light and a nice electronic shade to cover the windows for privacy. The windows are extremely big (floor to ceiling) and you can get a great view of the city and Monserrate. The location is excellent. it is close to all tourist attractions and great restaurants. The cleanliness is superb. room was always tended too and cleaned very nicely. The breakfast in the morning is the largest I have experienced in Bogota (of hotels). The selection is great and they change it daily. They even have their own bar and restaurant to order food and drinks from. The most unique thing I have seen, was that they had 2 vending machines stocked full with snacks that even accepted credit cards. This was great for a quick option. Overall, my stay here was wonderful and I will be definitely returning.
