Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient and quiet location, which is close to key attractions and transport. However, many reviews mention issues with service, including poor attention, reservation problems, and slow responses to basic requests. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests noting worn or dirty linens and lack of maintenance in rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was frequently described as basic or repetitive, and some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, some guests highlighted friendly staff and spacious rooms.
