Cons (-) Black mold in the shower. No wake up call that was requested. Head board was broken in our first room on arrival. We had to switch rooms.

Pros (+) Very close to the airport and affordable.
Cons (-) The person working the desk didn't know if there was a shuttle from the airport (there is) and seemed to have great difficulty checking me in for some odd reason. The heat blasted at one constant rate all night, no temp control. Also, I discovered my room only had a bath mat, no towel.

Pros (+) The how cheap the room was for the purchase!
Cons (-) All night long people were yelling and kids were crying! None of the staff did anything about it!

Pros (+) Free WiFi and clean room
Cons (-) Staff was horrible! I was charged $50 for my service dog. I wentered to the front desk to talk to the manager. The woman up front (angus skellenger) identified herself as the general manager. She said she could charge if she wants even for service animals and if I didn't leave she would call the police. I left and luckily my bank took care of the unauthorized charge.
