Pros: Excellent location on Boothbay, and adjacent to the footbridge to downtown. Plent of Adirondack chairs around for relaxing. Hotel bar and restaurant is "OK." Piano player, friendly bartender. We had a Maine lobster dinner outdoors -"Tuesday night special" - for $19.95 and only $10 for extra lobster. Hotel is in good shape but feels dated. Rooms are just OK. Not terrible, but nothing fancy. But for this price range this is what you get in BB. Pay more, get more. But we were fine since we spent very little time in our room. Free breakfast is not bad. Service is friendly. Would stay again.
