Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's fantastic and central location, often highlighting its proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and vibrant neighborhoods. Many appreciated the unique and stylish decor, as well as the comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The service and communication from staff, especially the personalized and helpful approach, received frequent compliments. However, several guests noted challenges with accessibility, particularly the lack of an elevator and steep stairs, which made carrying luggage difficult.
