The location is phenomenal and all the staff I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Loved that they had a sauna and hot tub, although I must admit that I didn't use them during my stay. I booked a queen room, but our plans changed and we needed different dates. The hotel was fine with this but Kayak would not change the dates of the reservation. After much back and forth, I had to get a king room and pay for an extra night. The staff was as accommodating as they were able but such a disappointment to have to stay in a smaller room for extra money.

Pros (+) Great location, walking distance to farmer's market, parks, Pearl St. Lounge is very great convivial, great for families.
Cons (-) AC in our room struggled to keep up with above-average temps while we were there. But front desk provided fan to help with situation.
