Lovely place to stay staff very helpful and polite
Very central to town beach all within walking distance Will be staying again
I liked the location of the hotel, easy access into the town. The room was very clean and there was alot of space.
We stayed at this hotel at the end of november, being very cold we expected heating in our room, unfortunatly there was no heating in our room, took 3 phonecalls down to reception to get them to bring a small heater up, which then came with a grumpy member of staff with no apology. On the website it states there is parking available and it does no need to be reserved. We arrived at the hotel at 2pm and there was no parking spaces available, even the next morning there was still no spaces. We paid at the hotel by debit card after reserving the room on booking.com after leaving the hotel the next morning and giving the key back I received a phonecall from reception saying that I still hadn't paid for the room. Not a good experience.
it was very lay back .a good placa to stay near the beech and shop and pubs.
Staff were very rude and it took ages to check in. Car parking was terrible and I had to street park and get up early in the morning to move the car. As I was at reception I heard them trying to relocate guests as they had overbooked. The room was stuffy and there were no pillows on my bed when I checked in. The bathroom hadnt even been cleaned as the toilet was unflushed. The hotel description mentioned free wi-fi which the hotel did not have.
Great location, great breakfast and friendly staff.
The room was very hot when we arrived, the housekeeper tried to get us out the room early and the grouting around the tiles in the bath was dirty, off colour and generally old and worn.
