Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast options, and beautiful, well-maintained grounds. The hotel is highly recommended for families, with many amenities and thoughtful touches for children. Cleanliness and room comfort were also noted positively. Some guests found the food at dinner disappointing, and a few mentioned the hotel being more family-oriented than expected, which may not suit those seeking a quiet, adults-only retreat. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and breakfast stood out as highlights.
