Pros (+) Great location, friendly staff. I have stayed here a few times and even with the few minor drawbacks I would recommend the resort to others.
Cons (-) They do charge an extra fee when you get there which is not disclosed when purchasing via Kayak. They require you to valet your vehicle since it is a private garage which could add to your time to come and go. For me that was not a problem since I was able to walk almost everywhere I wanted to go. I stayed in the summer and the room I was given was quite warm since there was no A/C but I just open...

Pros (+) Good proximity to town center. Easy walking distance to retail.
Cons (-) Beware of hidden fees that aren't included with your booking. They hit me with a resort fee separately from the included fees paid with the booking to cover this. No A/C in the room of a south and west facing unit. Got extremely warm in the afternoon sun.

Pros (+) Location was great, accommodations were great & staff were great.
Cons (-) Nowhere on my reservation did it mention another $29 to be collected at hotel. May need to reconsider staying again if there are hidden fees not documented when reserving a room online.

Pros (+) Location was great right by the city center. Everyone was incredibly friendly as well.
Cons (-) I found the valet service to be incredibly frustrating and really wish it was optional rather than required. We would have to wait up to 20 minutes until vehicle which included trying to find someone to get the vehicle.

Pros (+) Mini kitchen is awsome. Full oven/range plus microwave and fridge. Love it.
Cons (-) Had to change rooms in middle of stay because "owner" had come in last minute. Annoying at worst, staff completely moved us while we were at lunch and took care of the worst of it. Got a bottle of wine out of the inconvenience. Worst part is that latest allowed check out is 12 noon, while you can only ever be guaranteed a 4pm check in. How is that possible when hotels like Hampton, Hilton, Marriot...
