We have personally equipped the Studio for your comfort, we want you to enjoy your stay, so if there is anything you need, please just ask, we live just upstairs - If we can help you, we will. ​ ​ The following are available for you to use / included in your booking; ​ ​ - Superfast Virgin Fibre internet (Wifi) ​ - Breakfast Table and 2 Chairs - Cozy Cuddler Sofa and Tall Lamp so you can read your favorite book ​ - Plenty of Hangers in the Wardrobe ​ - Good quality hairdryer ​ - Bedtop Ironing board and Iron ​ - Digital Safe big engouh for currency, jewellery and documents. ​ - A luxurious 2000 pocket spring mattress, we have opted for a medium firm and added a lovely mattress topper to embrace you at night. ​ (All bedding is Hypoallergenic to please everyone, sorry no feathers here) ​ - Full Height Mirror ​ - Complimentary toiletries just in case you forget yours ​ - Linens and Towels are included and changed on stays of 7 nights or more ​ - Fantastic big bathroom with a thermostatic shower and bath ​ - The Kitchenette is equipped with everything you could possibly need to make a lovely breakfast or a light bite. ​ - Fridge / Freezer - Kettle / Toaster ​ - Microwave / Kitchen Utensils (Please note - The kitchen DOES NOT have a Hob or Oven, it is not possible to cook big meals. There are 100's of restaurants in Brighton delivering food should you need. I can provide a multitude of recommendations, just ask us)
