Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to hospitals and local attractions. However, many expressed frustration with the lack of staff, difficult check-in process, and poor service. Several reviews highlighted issues with small, poorly designed bathrooms, flooding showers, and noise from both the street and neighboring rooms. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it comfortable and others noting it was worn out. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, service and facilities need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
